My stem bolt on my bmx bike just keeps turning it does not loosen or tighten? - how to tighten handlebars on a bmx
I use a mongoose i to crappy parts and the need of the tribe. The lock on the upper trunk is stuck behind the handlebars. I twist and turn, but it will not loosen or tighten up and moves, but no longer.

Remove the rack when turning the screw, not only in the catch, there is nothing to keep the nut in position.
